Product Description

GL722 Grade Laser

The Spectra Precision GL722 dual grade laser is one of the most advanced grade lasers on the market. The long range operation, advanced radio remote, grade matching, Planelok and Automatic Axis Alignment features mean that you can do quick but highly accurate set-ups for any grade application. With the GL722’s powerful, long range remote control, it takes one person to accurately set up and operate the grade laser. Even grade reverse is done in an instant. You can automatically control all the transmitter’s functions using the remote, even whilst sitting in the cab of your machine. Grades can be changed on the fly up to 225m (750ft) from the transmitter. With a grade range of ±10% in the X-axis and -0.5 to +25% in the Y-axis, combined with a 900m (3,000 feet) operating range no job is too small for this laser. Automatic Axis Alignment can done up to 150m (500ft) from the transmitter, providing accurate set-up and eliminating the need to climb a ladder to try and align the laser to your grade hub.

Grade Match

Grade Match Mode allows you to match the laser to an existing slope. Simply set your receiver at the same height as the transmitter then after going to your remote point, press a button on the wireless remote to enable the transmitter to automatically match and display the grade… without returning to the laser transmitter.

Automatic Axis Alignment

Up to 150 metres (500 feet) from the Transmitter. Allows simple alignment of either side of any grade axis to the desired remote point. This simple, one-person operation lets you roughly align the transmitter to within 40 degrees of the remote point. You can then go to your remote point and, with a simple button press on the wireless remote, the axis is automatically aligned. The remote provides immediate confirmation of the alignment. Automatic Axis Alignment simplifies setup and ensures repeatable accuracy.

Planelok

For applications that require maximum stability and accuracy, PlaneLok virtually eliminates beam drift by locking the laser beam to a fixed elevation. Simply set your handheld receiver at the desired elevation, select PlaneLok mode on the remote control and the laser beam will remain exactly at that elevation all day long, regardless of wind or temperature changes. This increased stability and accuracy means less rework, better material control… and a better bottom line.

Features & Benefits

     • Active Temperature Compensation
Accurate, stable results regardless of temperature change
     • Long Range Wireless Link
Unaffected by direction or sunlight provides quick, accurate set-up even when the laser is on a 3m tripod and provides full functional control of the laser
     • Protective Lens Hood
Ensures laser performance in inclement weather means the laser will work when you are working regardless of weather
     • Intuitive, Simple Controls
Makes using the GL722 easy to use and learn
     • Long Life Battery
Flexible power options, battery life indicator and a wireless operated sleep mode that saves battery during breaks
     • Fully Sealed, Rugged Aluminium Housing – with weather resistant control panel, allow you to work in all weather and work conditions
     • Grade Bump
Allows you to simply raise or lower the grade remotely
     • Grade Reverse
Mirrors the grade setting with the push of a button, flipping the set grade for example from +1% to -1%
     • Automatic Off Grade Sensor
Prevents incorrect grading and wasted man and machine hours
     • Long range remote
225m (750ft) for general operation and 150m (500ft) automatic alignment
     • Automatic Axis Alignment
Allows you to align automatically to your grade hub eliminating costly error by not being aligned correctly when using grade
     • Machine Control Compatible
Works with all laser based machine control systems
     • Infra-Red Model
For rail work where red beams are not allowed on live track – GL722-IR provides all the benefits of the standard model but with Infra Red beam

CR600 Laser Receiver

Spectra Precision CR600 Laser Machine Display Receiver for general construction and laser based display systems

The Spectra Precision® Laser CR600 Laser Machine Display Receiver is ideal for contractors doing both site prep and general construction. The CR600 can be either rod or machine mounted, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. Using the magnetic mount, the CR600 receiver is easily moved between backhoes, small excavators, box blades or skid steer loaders. With such a high degree of flexibility, the CR600 needs to be tough enough for any job.

Features & Benefits

     • Designed for tough construction site conditions. Rugged, waterproof, lightweight magnesium housing can withstand a drop of up to 3 m (10 ft) on concrete
     • Super-bright colored LED elevation indicators visibly indicate grade elevation information to the operator even in poor light and up to 100 m (350 ft) in bright sunlight
     • Adjustable bandwidth lets the operator tighten the on-grade band to easily meet a variety of accuracy requirements with tighter tolerances from rough grading through form levelling
     • Wraparound receiver cells with continuous pickup through an operating range of 270 provide less dead spots and improved productivity, especially for machine applications
     • Longer, above-grade receiver cells make digging with a back hoe easier than ever
